The room was a good size, including everything I needed for my stay. I found the bed very comfortable. I also had a lovely breakfast.
The hotel felt a little warm, perhaps it could use better ventilation.

The pool and facilities were all clean. They also provided pleasure for me to use. The on-site sports bar served yummy food. The prices were also affordable.

Breakfast was buffet style. It included as much tea, coffee, juice, toast, and cereal as I wanted. The full English breakfast was also a buffet item. I could request as much as I wanted.

wow! what a gem!
super clean roomsamazing staffrestaurant fooddated rooms
this place rocks! the rooms are always super clean, i mean super clean. the staff are amazing. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. the restaurant? oh my gosh, the food is divine and the leisure facilities are a major bonus!
i did notice that some of the rooms are a bit dated, with carpets that could use a little love. a little refresh would make this place even more amazing!

the gym was available for use, which i suppose is something.
The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. honestly, it smelled like someone had been chain-smoking in there for years. i requested a non-smoking room, but apparently, that didn't matter. also, the bathroom was quite grimy. There was mold in the shower and the tiles looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. definitely not what i expect.

the pool area was clean and well maintained. use of pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna were included in the room rate. i found the staff super friendly and helpful, it was a grateful treat.
the rooms feel slightly dated and it seem like they need new carpet at a minimum.

THE tv WAS SUPER small. I EXPECTED a larger screen. Rooms were VERY dated, and I CONSIDERED them PAST their BEST. I found the condition DISAPPOINTING, and it DEFINITELY affected my OVERALL impression of THE PLACE.
